Non-Adversarial Mediation and Collaboration
You don’t have to hate each other just because you're getting a divorce.
Litigation is a poor and rather old-fashioned way to resolve family disputes. Going to court is very expensive and harmful to the family relationship. A great deal of money is spent on attorneys, hard feelings are created, and you will lose control over your life.
Work it out! Don’t resolve your family dispute through litigation. Better results are achieved, you will be happier, and you and your X2B will resolve future problems more amicably.
If you BOTH want to work it out, you will. You can be generous with each other. Your needs will be addressed.
Litigation is damaging and expensive. Work it out through mediation or through collaboration and it will work for you. |
